What Inspires You?

One of the greatest challenges our clients face, other than tight deadlines and budget, is finding inspiration for their next big marketing project. We here at Westminster excel in helping you get over those creative dry spells with our long history of design and promotional products that work. But how do we stay inspired? Read below to find out what inspires each of us and perhaps find your latest source of inspiration in the process!

What motivates you to work with us? Please let us know on Yelp.

Respect is what inspires me. I know they say you shouldn’t care what people think, but I do. I work hard to demonstrate to those around me that I am a dedicated, trustworthy, and reliable friend and employee. I surround myself with those I respect and who respect me, as others aren’t worth your time or energy.

My daughters inspire me the most because as young and small as they are, both are wanting and striving to be the best, to make a difference and excel on anything they do by showing and proving the greatness in them. They have an amazing and endless hunger to learn and do things no matter how easy or hard it can be, they never get intimidated.

I gain great satisfaction and I suppose one could say “inspiration” by pairing talent and strength with need. As I navigate the business of Westminster I am motivated to discover how to best utilize my team and their individual abilities with the: requirements of running a boutique business. Its a puzzle sometimes and I enjoy the challenge of finding the best “fit” and mentoring my staff to develop their talents fully. The same holds true for our Westminster clients - the puzzle is to discover their needs and fill them with all that Westminster has to offer.

I like clients that need help developing an idea no matter what format. It can be a logo, flyer, packaging idea, whatever! This allows designep>JACK:

explore the project without worries of having to use the right color, font or style that might have been established. This allows us to really use our design sensibilities to give our clients the best and most thought out outcome. This is when we usually get a finished product that we love as well as our clients.

Challenge Inspires Me! The variety of challenges from our clients is what inspires me! Being a designer, we often get to meet a diverse cross section of the many businesses of Silicon Valley. I’m often fascinated by the unique challenges each one faces. I find myself excited to help them wip>LA:LIA

utions of our own. A recent example is how we worked with a client who has a business re-selling equipment and needed a website that was easy to use for his customers and functional for him to update the listings daily. It brings me great satisfaction that we are able to make a difference in a person’s business!

I’m inspired by… humbleness. The honesty and integrity in others inspires me to strive to be the best and do the best I can. When I meet peoplep>MARIA:NNE

ssion for others and don’t necessarily make decisions based on their own needs, but what’s right, it makes me want to help and work hard for them. This plays a role in my personal and professional life. My humble customers inspire me every day to work hard for them and their appreciation is what motivates me.

A window into a designer’s mind. That’s what inspires me. To see ideas come to life from different angles, different perspectives is fascinating and eye opening. It inspires me to think in new and creative ways. Helps me break out of my box and allows me to grow as a designer.

"On numerous occasions we needed Westminster's help to get something created and delivered at the last minute. Every time Westminster delivered, even if that meant the owner had to personally pick up and deliver the items to us."
