What’s Your Story, Jack Tse?

Jack Tse - New Media Art Director

When I was a kid I wanted to grow up to be: An engineer or a comic book artist. Arguably, web design is a blend between those two disciplines.

I went to college at: The School of Visual Arts in NYC. I graduated with double major in Advertising and Graphic Design.

My Motto is: To LISTEN. No matter what is being said, you can learn something about what the person is trying to truly communicate.

Westminster is great because: Everybody cares about what they are delivering.

The best advice anyone ever gave me was: To focus. The reality is that most people who are good at what they do are singularly focused on a general area.

I am successful in my career because: I enjoy working with our clients. We do our best to listen and give our recommendations but ultimately I respect who we work with and value their experience.

My best source of creative inspiration is: My co-workers. When I see the team working hard, it makes me want to do my best as well.

The coolest new thing Westminster offers is: Advanced website tracking. For customers that need that level of performance, advanced event-based tracking in Google Analytics sheds a lot of light on campaign conversions.

On my days off, you will find me: Having a beer and watching sports.

The song that describes me best would be: “Unbelievable” by EMF because I’m campy and from the 80s but ultimately kind of cool.

You might be surprised to know that: I used to be an avid half marathon runner.

My favorite websites are: A List Apart, Sports Illustrated, Gmail.

My favorite TV shows are: NFL Football and Pardon The Interruption.
